The Rave Field Trip Program involves 5 easy steps:

Step One: Read the program information below carefully.
  • Minimum 50 people. *No exceptions
  • 9:30am arrival time Monday through Friday; movie begins as soon as everyone has concession and is seated. Expect a Noon exit.
  • Cost is $9 per person for 2D movies or $11 per person for 3D movies. Both prices includes admission and concession, which is a small drink and small popcorn. Please note that select engagements are subject to special pricing. Please submit field trip request prior to publicizing event to confirm correct pricing.
  • The discount program is a package; concessions must be included with each ticket purchased, including students, teachers and parents.
  • Concession stand will be open for additional purchases
  • Full payment is due one week in advance to the corporate office in Dallas. No purchase orders accepted. Payment details included on agreement.
  • No refunds or exchanges on your prepaid invoice or on unused tickets or concessions; underestimate your total count by 5-10 people
  • All attendees over the prepaid amount simply pay same price upon arrival
  • Field trips are NOT guaranteed private auditoriums
  • No field trip booking is final until the group agreement is signed and faxed.

  • Rave theater of choice (include city and state)
  • First and second choice date options; we will book you for first available
    • TWO date options required
    • First choice dates are not guaranteed; do not publicize event date until you have received booking information
  • Movie choice
  • School/group name
  • Full billing address with zip code
  • School phone number (primary contact number)
  • Cell phone number (secondary contact number) REQUIRED
  • Estimated head count in your group (underestimate by 5-10)
  • Confirm final cost (Everyone pays package price of $9 or $11.00 for 3D)
  • Confirm 9:30am arrival time
  • Please let us know how you heard about our program.

Step Three: Receive booking documents, read carefully. Request changes if necessary or sign and fax agreement

Step Four: Collect money, request check and mail to Dallas by listed due date

Step Five: Enjoy the movie!!
