Thank you for your interest in Rave Motion Pictures. Our Field Trip Program caters to kids’ and educators’ schedules. It gives students, teachers and parents an opportunity to enjoy educational, family movies together.  We hope you will use our program as an incentive, reward, teaching tool or just plain group fun!

The Rave Field Trip Program involves:

• Minimum of 50 people
• 9:30am arrival time Monday thru Friday only; movie starts ASAP. Showtime start will not wait on late arrivals; no refunds for late arrivals
• $9 per person for ticket, small drink and small popcorn -- which includes more than $3 in discounts
• $10.50 per person all 3D movies - includes 3D glasses, ticket, small drink and small popcorn
• This ticket/combo package cannot be separated. Each person in attendance must pay the full package price to be eligible for this program
• Concession stand will be open for additional purchases
• Program applies only to any film in current release or upcoming release; no old films
• Payment due in full at the Rave Corporate Office in Dallas 3 business days prior to the event – checks only please, no purchase orders or credit cards
• No refunds or exchanges on your prepaid invoice total or on unused tickets or concessions, so you will want to underestimate your total count by 5 – 10 people
• All attendees over the prepaid amount simply pay the full package price upon arrival on event day
• Every person who attends with your group, whether prepaid or paying at the door MUST pay the package price
• These events will NOT be in private auditoriums unless an auditorium rental fee is paid without exception
